The HypeZone was originally a hip-hop radio show that ran from 1990 to 1993 on City College of San Francisco's student run radio station,KCSF 90.9 Cable FM. Throughout its entire three-year run, I always tried to play the very best rap records that I could get my hands on and to support only the artists whom I felt were keeping it real. Although the radio show is no longer on the air, the name of the HypeZone lives on once again in the form of a web site. My mission of supporting the best hip-hop artists remains the same just as it did back in when I was doing the show except now I'm doing it worldwide. Here I will try to keep you both entertained and informed with articles, music reviews and other goodies that you may find of interest. So, sit back, relax and enjoy yourselves!
